Appetizers

Crab Cake

House made seared crab cake on a pool of spices remoulade, topped with citrus vinaigrette slaw

 

Thai Shrimp Scampi

Jumbo shrimp sautéed in garlic butter tossed with Thai chili sauce 

 

Bacon Wrapped Dates

Bleu cheese stuffed Medjool dates wrapped in applewood smoked bacon

Wine Sides for Two

Toasted bread slices served with a variety of cheeses, fruit, nuts, olives and salami

 

White Bean Spinach Hummus

House-made hummus topped with our tomato ragout & goat cheese, and served with naan

Chase’s Caesar

Hearts of romaine, house made croutons and dressing, topped with parmesan

          Option to add Chicken or Shrimp

 

Popeye’s Salad

Sliced ribeye steak, gorgonzola, red onion, candied walnuts on fresh spinach  

       with broken Balsamic 

 

Cheeseburger Salad

Romain lettuce with tomatoes, red onion, pickles, shredded jack/cheddar  

       Cheese tossed with grilled  burger in a secret ranch dressing

       Option to add avocado or bacon

Tender baby kale, dried cranberries, carrots, roasted pumpkin seeds , cabbage slaw

with our poppyseed vinaigrette

 

House Salad

Romain lettuce with tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and use made croutons

Creamy three cheese pasta, topped with a crumbled bacon crust served  in a cast iron skillet

        Option to add chicken or brisket

 

Shrimp Linguini

Four jumbo white shrimp tossed in al dente pasta with a cream garlic dressing with garlic toast      

 

Sun-dried Tomato Pesto Linguini

Linguini, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil and sage roasted pumpkin seeds

topped with fresh parmesan cheese and basil

       Add (3) shrimp

 

Brisket Smoked Beef Flatbread

Slow hickory smoked brisket with horseradish cream, green onion, and sliced melted Havarti


Vegetable Flatbread

White bean spinach hummus, roasted seasonal vegetables with hot Pepper Jack cheese

Spiced Flat Iron pork steaks, fingerling potato tower with mornay sauce and seasoned vegetables

Prime beef filet fired to order with two jumbo grilled prawns,  fingerling potatoes, caramelized onions and seasonal grilled vegetables
