Crab Cake

House made seared crab cake on a pool of spices remoulade, topped with citrus vinaigrette slaw


Thai Shrimp Scampi

Jumbo shrimp sautéed in garlic butter tossed with Thai chili sauce 


Sausage & Peppers

Italian sausage grilled then stewed with peppers and sweet onions, our house made marinara, melted burrata, served with baguette

Wine Sides for Two

Toasted bread slices served with a variety of cheeses, fruit, nuts, olives and salami


Truffle Fries 

Crispy coated truffle salted fries  served with caramelized onion dipping sauce.  Optional “Kid Version” with sea salt and ketchup

Hearts of romaine, house made croutons and dressing, topped with parmesan

Sliced ribeye steak, gorgonzola, red onion, candied walnuts on fresh spinach

Romain lettuce with tomatoes, red onion, pickles, shredded jack/cheddar  

       Cheese tossed with grilled  burger in a secret ranch dressing

       Option to add avocado or bacon

Tender baby kale, dried cranberries, carrots, roasted pumpkin seeds , cabbage slaw

with our poppyseed vinaigrette

Slow hickory smoked brisket with horseradish cream, green onion, and sliced melted Havarti

White bean spinach hummus, roasted seasonal vegetables with hot Pepper Jack cheese

Our house rub, country roasted garlic red potatoes and seasonal vegetables


Pork Flat Iron Steak

Spiced Flat Iron pork steaks, fingerling potato tower with mornay sauce and seasoned vegetables

Prime beef filet fired to order with two jumbo grilled prawns,  fingerling potatoes, caramelized onions and seasonal grilled vegetables

Cauliflower Steak         
Thick cut steak of cauliflower marinated then grilled, served with a mushroom potato hash

and a smoked tomato ragout

The Naked Burger* 

Half pound hand crafted special blend grilled patty on buttery brioche bun, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and our Chase’s special spread with crispy pickles all served on the side with fries. Load it up with avocado, Hobbs bacon, egg, and/or cheese (cheddar / bleu / goat / provolone / artisan cheeses) for an addition fee
